Technology Park Building

The existing building had different pathologies derived from the execution of the facade, so our intervention consisted of a solution to the ongoing leaks. A new envelope was designed,  and superimposed over the original, which while waterproofing the facade brought a more modern and industrial air to the building, barely requiring any maintenance and at the same time increasing the modulation and essence of the building.
