Homes for youth

The promoters of this estate commissioned the design and execution of 32 homes for youth under the social housing system, including parking and storage in the center of Malaga. The particularity of the building, the environment, the historical value of the façade and the user to which it is destined, conditioned the design of the houses and common areas.

The spacial relationship between homes, stairs and elevator were designed making a similarity with the exterior, but giving intimate character, dynamic with a modern touch and bathed by zenithal light. Care was taken with the design in all elements, even the garage is decorated with a nod to the history of the building.
