Teatro Suite Apartments

The owners contracted us to design the interior of the building situated in the historic part of Málaga. The property consists of several houses that are intended for future rental properties for tourists.

The building, which dates back to the early nineteenth century, retains the charm of this era and we did not want to lose its essence in the reform.

The intervention needed to be minimal but at the same time enhance the value of the property. For this we restored the cement tile flooring, the terracotta floors, as well as the woodwork, which was painted and in some cases wallpapered to give it an antique feel with a modern twist.

The furniture was chosen personally to give the space a modern ambience, comfortable and perfectly integrated into a property with such characteristics. Also part of the existing furniture was refurbished for added value and to save on further investment.
